Payne & Vicki Rice are lifelong residents of Oil Springs and dedicated community members who are always seeking ways to better their community. Over the years, they have worked hard, travelled, and spent their life building their family legacy. In their retirement, they decided to give their farm new life and give an opportunity for locals and tourist a chance to experience all the things they love about Johnson County. With ATV and horseback trails surrounding the area, this space is perfect for the Adventurer!

Currently, the farm has spaces ready for RV’s to easily setup and access electric, water, and sewer. They even have two on-site campers that are stocked and ready for you to rent for the week!

Development will continue on the farm and eventually welcome tents, bathhouses, group campfires, and so much more!

-          U-Turn for easier Access: If you’re traveling North on KY Route 580, it is best to pass the campground turnoff on your right to avoid the switchback driveway and utilize our convenient gravel U-turn about 600 feet past the campsite road. When facing South, you can easily and safely pull directly onto the campsite road.
